What's the difference between this pad and the orange wrap always size 4?

If I understand your question correctly, the difference is the absorbing material has more of a foam texture to me as well as it's more contoured. It's a little narrower towards the front and wider towards the back. I like the feel of this one better than the orange.

The always infinity offers "heavy overnight" protection, while all I see in the always radiant (scented) is "overnight" protection. Am I missing it?

Heavy is for heavy flow, day 1 to 3 and overnight is for like day 4 to 5.

What does the size refer to?

The size refers to how long the pad is. Size 4 will be 12.5 inches long.

It's super absorb but not bulky
