What is the required for the installation in the wall? Can I use adhesive only to install

The dispenser slides into a plate that it’s fixed to the wall. The dispenser’s weight when filled with soap may pull the plate from the wall if only mounted with tape. I used screws to attached the mounting plate to the wall.

Can this be filled with any liquid soap?

We use commercial soap, but I believe any liquid soap will work. We noticed the commercial soap we use is a little thick thus dispensing a small amount. What we are doing is mixing a little water to make the soap thinner so that it dispenses easier.

Dispenser is malfunctioning, either dispensing non-stop or not at all this is occurring on 5 different units.

May be the installation height is not enough, the object affect the sensor induction

The soap dispensers worked for about a month

I recently purchased thirteen (13) of these for work within 3 months none of them are working. It started off by the dispenser not shutting off the soap would dispense until the dispenser was empty. One by one they have all stopped working. When contacting Amazon of course too much time had lapsed and they were no longer eligible for return.I've attempted to contact the manufacturer with no success. I would not recommend purchasing the Gorlary Touchless soap dispenser.Very Dissatisfied

I bought 5 dispensers to be use at church. One sensor did not work, yet Amazon replace the dispenser immediately. The stainless steel smears. There is no mechanism to adjust the amount of soap dispensed, which is very small, causing one to use the dispenser more than once. Price seams reasonable, but I expected a little more from the product.

MAILFUNCTION.

FOR THE PRICE THIS IS RALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY . I GAVE IT TWO STAR BECAUSE THE PRODUCT DID RELEASE THE SOAP BUT COULD NOT GET IT TO ADHERED TO THE WALL. . IT KEPT FALLING PFF THE WALL.

It doesn't work.

The pump is very weak even with water in it doesn't work. The sensor is another problem. Don't waste your time.

Drained all the soap onto the bathroom floor and counter within the first ten minutes of using.

Useless- a huge waste of money and expensive soap. And I’m outside of the 30 day return because I pre bought for a planned remodel. Something like this should have a 90 day.

Worked fine until it didn't

I liked the look and the price of these dispensers. I ordered 6 for our work washrooms. Currently (3 months later) only 2 still work. all of them continue to flash a green light like all is well but it will not dispense any soap. Fresh batteries did not change the result,
