Don't buy in the summer!
Even with a small cold packet and placed in foiled pouch, they arrived as a pink brick. I can't attest to the taste and/or baking qualities yet, but wanted to make buyers aware that heat like ours in Texas can ruin the product. I've got them in the refrigerator and will try to chip them apart at a later date.

Product arrived with large melted sections. Other pieces showed bloom. Disappointing for quality chocolate.
