This is my second order in 4 years, I love the price and quality of this headset! I teach classes at a pool and the headset works great with our speaker. It is comfortable, durable, and the sound quality is excellent. I use it multiple hours a week, and my first one still works great, but the battery life started wearing out recently. So I would say it has great battery life for regular use and for this price 4 years is well worth it! I would definitely recommend this product.

I use this live at our gigs for vocals. I bought one for nothing at a bin store and liked it so much I ordered this. I have several high end units and a $2000 Sennheiser headset, and this unit sounds almost as good, and FAR less of a hassle. When this one arrived I threw the bin store headset in the garbage. No comparison. I love how light it is and no cords or a pocket unit to pull your hair or get caught in something. Setup four of these cheap wireless units and they synced up with each other without any issues. I charged the headset battery between sets and left the receiver unit on a battery bank. Had no problems getting thru a four hour set list with 6 hours of on time. Points I must make! Once you plug a charging wire into these things, NEVER take it out. And once you put these things together, NEVER take them apart. They can last years this way. The first headset worked so well I bought a second for backup. Now I am buying two more for my wife. For $30 these are insane bargains. I will never use my Sennheiser again. These sound great and do the job. Good seller, fast ship.

I purchased the Bietrun WXM05 in October of 2024. Great sound, comfortable to wear however, It has been working great until it didn't. Just last week, 03/17/25 the headset stopped working altogether. No lights at all anymore. Not even when charging. Any ideas where to reach out to the manufacturer as I saw one review they replaced.?

This microphone system worked just fine for 4 uses in my college classroom, but upon the 5th use, it stopped working. I believe it was because of a defective re-chargeable battery. Unfortunately, these batteries can not be replaced. They are hard wired into the system. That means if a battery goes, you're out of luck. I purchased another unit with the hope that I just had bad luck with the first, but, alas, the same thing happened with the second unit. (It only made it through three classroom uses)It's too bad because I think the electronics are fine, but no matter how good the electronics are, the product is useless if the irreplaceable, built-in battery goes dead after a few uses.Unfortunately, because of the extra time required of teachers these days during covid crisis, I didn't get the first unit returned in time to receive a refund, so I had to eat it on that one. Just a reminder if you do take a chance with this microphone system, when it fails - because it will fail - be sure to return it in time.

I ordered this in December. Just after the 60 day mark, it stopped working. I've ordered many of their other headset design. I own a fitness studio and our instructors use these headsets. Normally, they are very user friendly and good quality. The silver one seemed to be a newer design and initially had a better sound quality. As I mentioned above, it stopped working just after the return policy expiration. My previous orders of the other version lasted at least a year. I reached out to the manufacturer and they quickly sent me a replacement. I'm very happy with that. I'll be using the replacement set personally to see how well that one holds up.

I use this for PE classes. My gym does not have a speaker system. This one worked all day for about 4-6 weeks. The headset only lasts half way through the day and as of 2 weeks ago the receiver only lasts for half a day.I am very disappointed in the current Bietrun UHF Wireless Microphone Headset.I purchased this one because I had bought one last year from the same company. Exact same one only it was pink. It worked great! It lasted all day, everyday. and it was good to go. The only reason I had to replace it is a basketball hit my speaker and it bent the receiver. Even then I was able to get it to work. I do not have time to recharge it until the end of the day.

I produce fitness and yoga events where a DJ provides music while a fitness instructor leads the class using a wireless mic. I purchased two of these mics and use them exclusively. I previously was using a far more expensive Shure Digital wireless microphone system until I noticed that the Shure system was prone to interference even after trying to scan for an ideal channel. We were doing silent disco class and the wireless headphones interfered with the Shure system.Luckily, I had the Bietrun headsets handy, and they saved the day. The audio quality is fine for my purposes. I am plugging it into a pro mixing board, and by using some compression, the audio quality is almost as good as that of the more expensive systems. Also, it's lightweight and doesn't require a body pack, which is a huge plus. Battery life has never been an issue.The only thing to be aware of is that it has a plastic headset that can break. Fortunately, Bietrun support was quick to respond and offer a replacement. Overall I recommend this product.

My wife, who plays in a local band, was always having trouble keeping her face toward a standard mic. It was suggested that she use a wireless mic headset. This headset was very inexpensive and works great. She has never been fond of wearing things like this, but the difference in the quality of her amplified singing was quite noticeable. She now wouldn't be without it.It seems well made and has worked perfectly.
