It really is works. I was skeptical I have noticed my face has been retaining fluid so I decided to try this. It has reduced the fullness in my face and I’ve been sleeping better. I take a dropper full under my tongue it once or twice a day. The taste doesn’t bother me at all. Not sure what the taste is but it’s not bad like people have reported.

I'm beyond happy with my purchase! I had a lot of lymphatic fluid on my left foot due to a past injury as well as pitting edema in my left leg (had injury in 2006 torn ACL never told about by employer doctor, work injury, discovered major issue 2013/14). So every year I deal with a swollen ankle that will go down a little after a night's rest. My foot normally is slim and you can see my veins pretty well, feel my ankle bones easily. I started taking the Mary Ruth's Lymphatic Support Liquid Drops on March 28th 2026 and it's now April 6th and my ankles are back, my foot is normal, no more pitting edema in either of my legs. I'm beyond grateful for this product and highly recommend. I started taking it 3xs a day for 5 days then reduced to 2xs and now I'm taking it once a day. I will continue taking it once weekly. Super grateful for this product. My feet are back to normal size whether I'm asleep or awake, standing, sitting or walking. My lymph nodes are draining properly! Woo hoo 🙌🏾

I’ve been using the MaryRuth’s Lymphatic Support Drops for about a week now, and overall I’ve definitely noticed some changes. The product seems to be working because I’ve experienced increased urgency to use the restroom, which I assume is part of the detox process. The taste is actually fine and not as bad as I expected. You can dissolve it in water if you prefer, but it’s not really necessary. The only downside for me has been the constant headaches. I make sure to stay well hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day, but the headaches still make me feel nauseous and uncomfortable at times. Overall, the product seems effective, but I do wish it didn’t come with the persistent headaches. ⭐ Pros: Noticeable effects, manageable taste ⚠️ Cons: Frequent headaches and nausea.

This stuff works. I can totally tell that I am less puffy when I use it consistently. It’s also great to take when you feel like you are starting to get sick. Good prevention and also great for lymph drainage!

I just want to say this product is amazing , I have to be using for a couple of weeks and my legs are completely clogged and also reducing swelling and pain on my legs and arms I recommend to my daughter and she is in the same opinion like me.. thank you L Barnes
