Have not found anything to dislike. Great components, comprehensive but easy to follow rules. No assembly of miniatures required. You can play out of the box. A lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Battletech has been around the Wargaming world for maybe 30 years and in all that time very little has actually changed rules wise.However now it has a new up to date presentation, and simplified rules if you want them. Making this great game much much more accessible for new and old players.In the box you get 8 highly detailed m chs enough for 2 lances or to put it another way enough for a proper game. You won’t have to expand beyond this starter unless you really want to.Also you get the rules, 2 double sided game mats, extra terrain and some standees if you want even more mechs in your game. You get 2 d6 and pilot and alpha strike cards. And just to finish it all off a novella so you get some of the lore of the Battletech universe.Really this is how all starter sets for Wargames should be presented.Well worth the asking price for a game that can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be.

Nice and quick read rule book and source book so easy to get into and have expansions available so you can grow the game

I’ve been corresponding with the Catalyst Games store for 5 months to try and receive missing products and they are less than unhelpful.They don’t value their customers so avoid.
