I have a reefs 299lp that I can't get enough power to on my 6s Kraton. Will this fix that?

The max continuous current is 6 amps, but never more than your input is capable of, so the question is can 6 amps at 5 volts power your device

The description only includes one product like the product pictured.It has three input port ,5v ,6V and 7V,you can choose the input port.This item is suitable for the Inport 7V-25.5V 2-6S Lipo or 6-16 Cell Ni-Mh.

Can you use the en pin with gpio/switch to turn it on and off??

Yes, but you can't control it directly, you have to add an isolated driver circuit. Use the gpio pin to control the EN side of the UBEC with a driver circuit made from a switching triode or switching MOS tube.
