Great game
I have always searched for this game in the stores and could not find it. I decided to buy it on amazon and this is a great game. The fighting is amazing and the controls work very well. There were not many bugs in the game. This is a game fighting fans and anime fans will love

Tons of fun! Highly recommended!
It was between this game and Dragon Ball: Raging Blast. I bought this because of the good reviews compared to the mediocre reviews for Raging Blast. The story mode is pretty good, but you have to be a true fan of the show in order to get it. Controls are easy and moves are well balanced. Combos are easy to understand and are overall pretty straightforward. The tournament mode is lots of fun and provides some variety. There are TONS of characters, which I love, from all three of the Dragon Ball series. The only bad thing is the Online Play, but that's okay the rest of the game makes up for it.

This was sold by the seller Wesinthewild but all I got was a black disk case and the game no book
The only thing I didn't like was that the game came in a black case no paper showing the game just got the game and no booklet will it work in my wii

Great Game.
The gameplay is relatively simple and corny (as a Dragon Ball Z game should be). But there is something about it that keeps bringing me back for more! If you're a DBZ fan this is worth checking out.

Extremely disappointed...
I am a HUGE fan of Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on the Wii. I consider it one of the most enjoyable fighting games I have played in a long time but sadly I have played it to death and no longer get the enjoyment out of it I once did because I have leveled up all of my favorite characters and done pretty much everything there is to do in the game. SO I decided to move on to its sequel and boy can I say it's a massive blunder on the parts of the people who made this game. The controls are night and day comparatively. It's not just a learning curve, it's a learning chasm. They are easily some of the worst controls and ridiculously hard to get used to. Playing with the Wii mote I spent hours trying to figure out how to do some of the strong base attacks and could NEVER get it down. I literally had to stop playing with the Wii mote because I was whipping myself with the cord on the nunchuk like a flagellant trying to figure them out. They are the farthest thing from intuitive that you could possibly get which is sad because the controls for Tenkaichi 2 are so satisfyingly simple. In Tenkaichi 2, in order to smack your opponent across the map you hold down the A button and use the analog stick to pick the direction, in 3 you have to use the Wii mote by waving it or something but it never seems to work properly and works about 40% to 50% of the time.In order to dodge attacks in combat by teleporting you simply hit the down on the D pad and use the analog stick to pick the direction you want to teleport your character in while fighting, with Tenkaichi 3 I still haven't fully figured it out and when I do accomplish teleportation it only happens about 40% to 50% of the time and feels like I don't control it AT ALL. The classic controller is a BIT of a step up but the placement of the buttons and what is used for attack and defense seems out of place. There is a training mode where you can go and try to learn the moves but essentially it's a bunch of text on screen...compare that to Tenkaichi 2 where they gave you the text on screen then had you actually practice it and wouldn't let you move on until you successfully pulled off a technique. I really wish I could get farther in this game but the controls are so bad it's pretty much not even worth it. If there is one positive thing I can say it is that the controls for the actual signature moves like the Kameha wave and the Spirit Bomb are far superior in how involving and fun they are and this game is somewhat playable with a classic controller or a Gamecube controller but what is the point of having a Wii game if you can't use the motion controls? My recommendation is to skip this title..if you have Tenkaichi 2 then stick with it, if you don't then get it instead of this.

Fun
Fun game but nothing to get excited about according to my son. However, my adult brother seems to think its junk as far as video games go. I'd recommend it for youth, but may not be exciting/challenging enough for some adults.

Rapid replies, reasonable compromises.
4 stars: great replies from CCBUNDLES, and the game itself looked great (little to no scratches however a strange bubbly residue around the inside and outside of the disk) a simple 5$ resurfacing fixed the reason I'm only giving 4 stars. Minus one star: I'm not too sure why it wasn't loading properly. It didn't even get past the licencing before the game stopped spinning, And I'm also not sure what is involved in "testing" but to me its like it was popped into a wii. "Yep it loads. Ok let's sell it based on its condition." From experience the condition of the disk doesn't always mean that it works. I got lucky this time and it was a simple fix, I'd not only "test" your games. But "play test" them. Play a game or two, it wouldn't take too long, plus it would be a nice way to break the day up. Over all, I was impressed with CCBUNDLES and the customer service. But I won't be trusting the Amazon grading system as much as I did
