Which color is the second lightest (second to the white?)

I think Light Tan or Wheat is the closest to white. If you message us your name and address, I would be happy to place a color chart in the mail to you. That way you don't have to rely on the computer screen, as they can drastically alter the appearance of a color. Thank you!

Will this work on hand woven wool rugs?

I think it would work on hand woven rugs. You have to use a hot glue gun.

Can i use this outside?

Maybe able to last a while outside. It is made of plastic
