Looks great
Really good product and exactly what I was looking for. Item arrived flat packed and there were only a few pieces to put together. The body folds out into a box and it just needed the stiff board for the bottom to hold the shape in place. Assembly is super easy as no tools are needed - you only need to screw the 4 little legs in place. These give the ottoman some height and a more classy look (as others just sit flat on the floor which can look boxy and chunky). The legs also have dampeners too which is perfect for wooden/hard floors. The lid is padded and the overall look of the ottoman is just perfect for my hallway. It is sturdy and solid enough to be used as a chair/stool.One thing to note is that this item did not come with instructions but it is fairly straightforward to put together.I have included before and after pics to show what a difference it makes to the space! I now sit on my ottoman to put on my shoes, and keep my shoe horn on the side where there are pockets. Very please with this purchase - it fits in my space nicely, it's not very bulky, yet can store quite a bit in the trunk!

Poorly made item
The item arrived on time but that’s about the only positive. There were no assembly instructions inside but I had watched the video displayed on Amazon so I had a rough idea what to do.I was able to assemble quickly although as others have commented, the holes in the bottom fabric didn’t all line up.The legs did not sit straight and so it looked wonky and the boarding inside the lid was very thin and flimsy. I weigh 9 stone but I was afraid to sit on this as any pressure caused the boarding to move and bow.The fabric was very coarse and not nice to the touch. It looks like it would wear quickly if used as a seat. For the price of this item I had high expectations but I was sadly disappointed.I have arranged a return and have purchased a different item elsewhere for a fraction of the price that is much sturdier.

Multi use storage box
Bought this storage box with one ideea in my head ... of using it as a storage and something we can sit on it when we're taking the shoes on and off , so the best place for it was on the house entrance .As a storage , it's big enough to keep 4-5 shoe boxes or if I'm not using the boxes , I could easily fit arround 10 pairs of light articles like trainers , sleepers or summer shoes .It's sturdy enough to sit on it , and my son takes real pride to sit and practice his shoe laces bowsIt has 2 side pockets for slippers , and it's covered with a resistant fabric, which is easy to wipe off if needed .I can easily say that I have a storage and a stool in the same time !

Genuinely impressed for the price
Really glad that I bought this, got it Black Friday too so even better value, but would still say it's worth the full price. Super simple to put together, no tools needed. Very happy with the construction and quality of the stitching etc. It does everything that I wanted it for, footstool by sofa, all our remote controls in one end and off the coffee table and the inside storage is super useful for a couple of kids games. The lid can even flip over to reveal a tray which is great for card games etc. Hopefully it will last a few years, but so far, I couldn't be happier and am considering a second for another room!

Shockingly sturdy
Considering the flat pack package, I didn't hold up much hope for this. It's now withstood 3 months of being stood on by crazy children, and sat on by adults who have eaten too many lockdown cakes and it's going strong. It loses one star for the lid design which is poor and means the sides will split soon, but I reckon can be bodged back together fairly easily.

Not worth £35
Firstly 300KG is 661 LBS , well over quarter of a ton , in fact over six 3ft x 2ft concrete paving slabs . Will it support that weight ?? , someone is having a laugh ! ! ! It's pretty flimsy , doesn't line up properly legs to base , I had to cut back the lining to expose the base screw threads . Once assembled you may well need a hammer to align the legs vertically . The side pockets really should be elasticated , they're so floppy the remote control is in danger of falling out and they're much too shallow and narrow to hold a magazine or paper ,not sure what they should be used for. This is not a quality product . It looks OK when assembled but don't look too closely .

Sturdy and looks good
The media could not be loaded. This ottoman was very easy to assemble, it looks very good in our bedroom and it is very sturdy, you can stand or sit on it, also there is lots of space inside to store items

Sturdy, attractive
I bought this as a small seat to sit in when I put my shoes on ( having recently moved to a bungalow from a house where I used to sit on the stairs for that purpose). It was easy to put together, is sturdy and comfortable to sit on, and has room for several pairs of shoes inside.
