It worked for 2 months... starting flickering and spitting for a while then went out...I WAS WRONG... THE BULB IS FINE IT IS THE SWITCH THAT WAS FAULTY!SO SORRY

The bulb was very easy to replace/install. It makes a big difference in my life. I don’t use the lighted magnifying mirror for makeup very much any more, but more just to see my face better! Eyes, eyebrows, etc. .The bulb came wrapped extremely well It was in its own box, and then that box was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap - nicely protecting the bulb!!! There were several other items in the box and everything arrived in great shape! Buying just the bulb instead of having to replace the light saved me about $85.

The light in my mirror just flickered and died, so I naturally assumed it was the lamp. I ordered this replacement lamp. It was easy to install. Actually, getting into the mirror was the hardest part. Unfortunately, it did not work so the lamp was returned. I do not know if the replacement lamp was defective or there was something else going on with my mirror. Fast service.

I am just happy to find this replacement bulb. I have had my makeup mirror for many years. When the light finally died I was very disappointed. A new mirror of the same quality and brand is very expensive. So I was delighted to find a bulb replacement.

The item was shipped in the manufacturer’s box and just a plastic envelope. The box was crushed on one corner but luckily the bulb wasn’t damaged. I had a hard time installing the bulb into my mirror but that was due to the mirror’s design. I’m happy with the purchase.

Once I figured how to get the mirror open it was a breeze taking the light bulb out. I ran into a little trouble finding it on Amazon but once I did it was easy to pick out the one 4 pins on the inside. It came very well packed in it's own box inside of another box. The only thing is I guess since it is sold as a replacement light for certain makeup mirrors, among other things, I would have expected it to have the little spacers glued around the light to keep it from getting jostled around every time you move the mirror like the old one had, or at least some in the box that I could put on myself. But I expect this is the last one I'll ever have to buy so I guess I will find out if it will live longer than I do.

Received on time and product was exactly what was needed. Only issue was package was not marked fragile and was shipped in light weight bubble type envelope. Could have been broken easily in shipping. Suggest shipping in heavier bubble type envelope marked fragile.

The T5 arrived on time - no delay. The product was exactly as advertised. I installed it mid-August and it is working perfectly. Plan to order a few more.
