I like this because it really is tasteless. I added it to my morning iced coffee but while stirring it it just stick to my spoon in a big clump. I had to scrape it off into my coffee and keep stiring but it still didn't fully dissolve. Can't put it in hot liquid because it ruins the supplement and takes away from it. I have a texture problem so the little clumps do bother me. This is my first day using it, got it last night, so we will see if it does anything for my hair, nails, skin and joints. It did settle in the bottom of my cup though. So you have to stir every time you go to take a drink.
