This is exactly what it says it is I’m not sure it increases your urination, but it doesn’t taste bad fairly healthy as far as I can tell

I got this tea for my mother who was diagnosed with kidney stones a while ago, she had a lot of pain since then, I saw reviews on this tea and decided to give it a try. She has feeling way better now and the helped with the discharged of the stone. She still drinking it and we will buy it again. Now... Flavor wise, if you are a tea drinker you won't mind the mild bitter flavor, might not be the greatest taste, but we both my mother and I liked it.

I like the flavor of the tea and I like that you can use the tea bags 3 times each. The entire family is drinking the tea we all are enjoying the tea. I will be purchasing the tea again. The price of the tea is a good value. It is easy to brew and steep and provides health properties. Overall, the tea has been effective for meeting our needs.

This tea has been a lifesaver for me. I have an autoimmune disease and my main symptom for my flares is severe urinary burning. This tea saves me every single time and I genuinely don’t know what I would do without it. So grateful for this!

More savory than most teas and would make a better broth vs tea to sip on. Will probably add noodles and veggies to it to use up, but wouldn't buy it again. Price is way too high and it doesn't work any better than other teas that taste better for less.
