WORX WX240 3.6V Screwdriver
Very impressive Worx battery screwdriver quality made item and powerful for those smaller jobs with torque for the more petite screws. Very well designed and comfortable to hold ,it charges fairly quick too with a C type cable . Comes with an array of bits in a good sturdy case that is secure and not flimsy ,overall a great little kit for those smaller tasks that fits in a drawer instead of toolbox.

Great value for money
Had this a couple of years now, sits in the cupboard most of the time but so incredibly handy when it's needed. Battery lasts forever and the bits are surprisingly really good quality.

Versatile powerful electric screwdriver.
Versatile powerful electric screwdriver which comes in a small kit box containing the screwdriver with all the drive bits, bit adaptors and charge cable (no USB Charger included which does not matter as I have several already) The battery charge lasts a long time and fast charges using USB A to USB C - No problems there at all in fact its very good. The screwdriver is a really nice thing to use with good comfort and grip, the Fwd / Rev button is positive in operation and also easy to use. The screwdriver is powerful and can handle most regular screws without problem. Being 1/4 hex drive I have also used it with small hex shank drill bits without any hassle too. It does not have variable speed through the three torque drive settings all at 300 rpm but I have found a short press on the button to step on works just fine. Overall an excellent electric screwdriver for jobs where you just don't need a heavy 18v drill / driver .and it fits in your pocket too!

Decent portable screwdriver
Like all the other Worx tools I’ve picked up over the years, I’m very happy with this (in fact, the only Worx product I was totally underwhelmed by was the HydroShot) There are three torque settings, changed by tapping the torque button, and indicated by lights on the handle. You don’t have to remember the “righty-tighty, lefty-loosey” either as it’s just in or out buttons to hold to choose whether you’re tightening something up/screwing it’s in, or loosening a screw/bolt/etc. Nothing complex to it. Battery seems to hold a good charge and haven’t had to charge it since its initial charge (just plug the charging cable into whichever usb charger you have handy.) Is it perfect? No. But it’s not horrendously flawed. My only complaint is that it’s quite a chunky bit of kit, which is easy to grip I guess, but might struggle to fit into some workspaces. There are other small portable electric screwdrivers out there which give the feel of something more more portable but then if it wasn’t, the battery life would probably suck. It comes in a decent sized case which will happily slip into most toolbars, with about 20 different heads, a decent mix of connections/bits, and of course the standard colour scheme of black and orange. .

Very good, powerful for what it is.
Great driver, I haven't used an electric driver since the early 2000s where they had barely enough juice to be a hobbiest tool and have simply used my cordless drill ever since. But, that was cumbersome and supposedly modern drivers are better so I thought I'd give this a try. Happy to say, it feels solid in hand & for around the house, shed, general light DIY (all I do) this hasn't failed me, sure it isn't going to be suitable for a building site but for round the house / shed / consumer grade product installs it's really up to the job. I've built a shed with it, flushed out the shed with hooks/shelves and it didn't flinch at all, it will drive small screws undrilled but generally you need a pilot hole, I've installed a doorbell & alarm siren into brick work with no issues. This has quickly become my sidekick tool. And the price seems very reasonable, comes with USB C charging (thankfully modern) and all the bits you'd ever really need. Also note: Despite the Amazon ad saying "Mini" this is a 'real screwdriver' and not a small crafting tool.

Small Cordless Electric Screw Driver
A small useful cordless screw driver. Does seem very good quality. When I did buy this screwdriver was at a very very low price.

Ideal tool to have around the house
Firstly I have to confess, I am a Worx tool fan. Quite a fan actually. I do already have the Worx WX255.1 which is the slider version with the bits in the body. Love that screwdriver but I was finding that it was sometimes hard to reach in narrow places (like a normal screwdriver). Of course this could be solved with some extenders BUT the problem with the WX255.1 is that it didnt come with a decent storage case (none at all for me) so the idea of storing extra bits was a faff. This is where this WX240 jumps ahead right away. It comes with a great little storage case. Small and compact enough it slots right into the kitchen draw, with all its bits, even with room to through a few extenders in there. I love that part about it. But back to the actual product and it's performance. It's surprisingly powerful for its size. I'd say about on par with the WX255.1 but for jobs around the house it's more than useful. Last night I trialled it putting up some plasterboard walls (so driving a 30mm drywall screw into timber). For the most part it was actually ok but it clearly isn't as powerful as normal drill/impact driver. It had a good go though, pretty much most of the way for all. But of course, this tool is not for that job. For what it is for, screwing in screws for shelves, putting stuff together, taking things apart I will have to say now that this is my go to. It has taken the spot for the "general around the house use" from the WX255.1. A mixture of practicality and functionality but overall, the box tips it over the line. Also right now it's in black Friday deals so it's literally half the price of WX255.1 coming in at just a "good evening down the pub". If you are unsure about it just get it for yourself and see if it works for you. For me it did and it now features in Christmas gifts for the father and brother in law.

Failed after 2 months, disappointing customer service
I was originally very happy with the practicality and build quality of the screw driver. I have other Worx tools, so felt comfortable with my choice. Used the driver for a few odd jobs over about 6 weeks. Charged it with a standard USB charger 3 or 4 times, no issues. Until one day I plugged it in to find no charging. Tried other chargers and cables, still no luck. Called customer support, took ages to get through, but when I did they politely and efficiently processed a return by taking my address and details. But then, 2 months later, still no return packaging received, and no other updates from the supplier. I've tried to call but can't get through. Not chasing any more... Last time I purchase from this brand.
