Great for the price does what there meant to do

I bought these bars to help alleviate the pain that I feel in my left wrist when doing press ups 'normally'. Sadly, although I get no wrist pain, the pressure of the exercise is focused on the outside edge of my palms and this pressure causes more pain than when not using the bars. I'm not sure if it's the angled design or the small-ish diameter of the bars or even the sponge coating that offers little to no grip that is the issue, but whatever it is, they do not work for me. I've still given three stars though because the actual quality of the item is good.

Excellent push up handles. Very comfortable to use, and they give you a deep stretch like a decline push up. Very happy. They're made of plastic but they feel very sturdy and the foam handles are comfortable.

I love these pushup bars , so easy to train with them in different positions to target the muscle group of your choice . Also It has like ant-slip handles so it’s very comfortable and sturdy on ground . Recommend if your into home training sessions.
