It helps you breathe!
Helped my nighttime nasal stuffiness very much. I put it in a diffuser by my bedside and often did not need my flonase as this method worked well. I definitely recommend it to be used in a diffuser.

OMG, I love the Breathe Calm formulation. From the first inhale I felt my lungs and heart open wide. Its same sensation one gets when standing by an ocean taking a deep breath. Previous essential oil blends have done the job of opening the lungs but not calming the nervous system. This one does both. This is a keeper. I highly recommend this essential oil blend.

Wow - felt my sinuses open and my head clear. A beautiful and totally refreshing scent that really works.

Smells great
I like how fresh this smells. No funkiness or weird chemical smells. Bottle was properly tamper sealed and was also bubble wrapped. I can't ask for anything more! Only issue is the dropper top is bad. I turned over the bottle for one drop and lost more than half the bottle.
