Cooks dream , quality and cost
Heard so much about this pancake mix and had to buy it, Where I live, they dont sell it so I was happy to see that it was offered on Amazon. I ordered a few boxes and gave some to my son who is the one who told me about this.. It is by far the best pancake mix I have ever used. Highly recommend purchasing this

Delicious pancake mix!
Just like the package says.....this pancake mix is insanely good. Pancakes have a great taste. Love how they come out a little crispy. USE BUTTERMILK LIKE THE RECIPE CALLS FOR! We used regular milk one time, and they did not come out as good. So make sure you use buttermilk. This box was pricey, so we don't buy it often. But like the old tv commercial says......"TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT"

Delicious & Amazingly light & fluffy
Absolutely fantastically delicious, light & fluffy. Until this mix I have never been a fan of pancakes - I bought the mix to use to make waffles & muffins. I decided to mix the 4cup version - 1/2 of it went to muffins then my husband begged for pancakes. Reluctantly, I agreed. What a surprise! The mixture was thick & gloppy on the skillet but cooked great (I quickly spoon spread it & dropped a few frozen blueberries on top). I am a convert. The muffins were very much like stuffing a pancake in a muffin tin - same flavor & texture. Mr. loved them, I prefer a cakier texture for muffins - still they rose well & looked giftable pretty with blueberries studding them. I love using buttermilk for breads, omelets, muffins & homemade ranch dressing - buttermilk keeps for months in the fridge - so having it on hand to use with this mix was no hardship.

Pancakes
If you love fluffy pancakes this is great. The only downside is you have to cook them at a lower temperature.

The best pancake mix!
The best pancake mix for making pancakes just like in the restaurant. They are so easy to make and the taste and texture is like eating cake instead of pancakes. If you use the exact ingredients listed on the box, you will have the best tasting pancakes ever!
