I actually really like this. It's heavy enough to make me feel like I've got a blanket on so it satisfies that compression desire, but it's not so warm that I'm sweating underneath it at night because of the weave. People have complained in the comments about it not being soft but I don't think that's true. I put it through the washer and dryer once so far and it's perfectly comfortable. It's kind of got more of a texture like a sweater or like a comfy pullover, not quite canvas but something in a softer version of that. It's not a traditional fuzzy blanket for sure, but I actually like it a lot. The color is great. It washed up nicely with no issues, and it looks really nice on the bed. I will say I don't think the photo I took shows the color well but the green is really nice, it's a nice, dark green so it's compliments my color scheme nicely.

Good quality, soft, not girlie soft, summer blanket. Days reach 90º and nights fall to 50º. Nice light blanket to pull up in the early morning hours.

Bought this Utopia blanket for elderly mother. I believe from the feel of it that it is 100% cotton as tag says. It is NOT lightweight. I agree with one reviewer "This blanket is not thick but could almost be a bedspread." It is heavy. Mother likes very lightweight, fuzzy blankets that don't weigh her down. She rejected this one that has a canvas-like feel. Yet, she can run the heat in her assisted living apartment as she chooses so doesn't really need a warm blanket like this one.

Love the blanket. Not very heavy but does keep you warm. What I like best there is that it’s not very lint great for people with allergies!

This blanket is extremely durable--great quality! It is a close woven 100% cotton lightweight blanket. Since it is all cotton, it does shrink. I ordered the "Big" size (120"x120"). Straight out of the package it measured 121" in length and126" in width. They had accounted for the shrinkage. I have washed and dried it one time so far. The dimensions are now 116.5" length and 124.5" width. As you can see in the video, my 6 year old blanket from Utopia looks as good as new, even with regular use. During Amazon's recent Prime Days sales, I compared prices. Utopia was still the best value BY FAR!! So don't think that the low price means low quality, the quality and price are excellent.

I love this blanket. It is really well made, it is soft and washed nicely. It didn't throw my washer off balance like other cotton blankets have. It has a nice tight, smooth weave that doesn't stretch too much or shed fibers. It didn't shrink too much in the first washing. It did leave a small amount of lint in the dryer, but it is cotton so I was expecting some skrinkage and lint. This blanket looks nice on the bed and is a good weight for summer. It's not too heavy or too light. It could be used with a quilt or comforter this winter. I tend to sleep hot but I need something over me to sleep so I appreciate this blanket. I liked it so much, I bought 3 more for my kids' beds.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made. The blanket is exactly as described. I bought it several months ago & wanted to see how it is before writing a review. The color is just as shown in the picture so that was the first thing that was nice. It has never shown signs of fading at all. I have washed it multiple times & it has retained its color & shape. The fabric is soft & there has been no pilling, stretching, fraying or loose threads. It has held up beautifully. The weight is very versatile. It was perfectly warm during the winter months, yet light enough to use now that summer has arrived. It almost feels like a weighted blanket. The size is also as stated & fits like it was custom made for our king size bed. If I had to find anything negative to say, I would mention that it is heavy & awkward to fold when it comes out of the dryer. However, I am not going to ding it or drop any stars because, as mentioned, it’s a large king size so that was expected. I would highly recommend this blanket & have no reservations about ordering another in the future.

I am in love with this blanket. The cotton is nice and soft and durable. I washed it and it came out great. I love the bit of weight it has. I order the big as I wanted to layer it on my king size bed. The Khaki colour is very nice

Richtig tolle, große Baumwolldecken! Ich bin begeistert. Das Muster der Decken ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Habe schon lange nach erschwinglichen Decken aus 100% Baumwolle gesucht. Im Gegensatz zu Polyester-Decken laden sich diese nicht statisch auf. Nichts find ich schlimmer als das "geknister" ;) Ist auch optimal, wenn man Haustiere hat, da die Haare dann nicht wie irre dran kleben bleiben. Auch nach der ersten Wäsche alles wunderbar. Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen

très content de cette couverture en coton, bien pratique en mi saison. Après lavage, ne déteint pas, je l'utilise en ce moment sur un canapé pour couper la chaleur... top.

i like the dark green color. it is a good blanket for spring or summer nights
