Great Replacement for my Vertical Bottle Jack
Somewhere along the line the plug fell out on my bottle. Jack and I lost oil in the bed of my truck and it was a total mess. I thought I was going to have to throw the jack away. I went to several hardware stores nobody had the plugs we tried to come up with other solutions and improvise a plug and even doing that they leaked. Just for the heck of it, I got on Amazon to see if there was even replacement plugs for hydraulic jacks and there were tons of options. I went with this one and it was a perfect fit and I have no leaks plus now I have some extras in case I run into this problem later on down the line. I probably have at least 10 bottle jacks so I can always keep these as spares.

Fit ~¼" fill hole
Easy install. Nice tight fit in about 1/4" fill hole. Only time will tell if the plug holds up to hydraulic fluid. But I got 12pieces for the price of 6, so I have extras. I'd buy local if I could. I wish auto parts stores would sell these by the single for maybe a buck or 2.
