I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for my baking! The first thing I noticed was how flexible it is. I was so skeptical about the whole “no-stick” claim, but let me tell you, my muffins popped right out without any fuss. It really does save a lot of time on cleaning too; no more scrubbing stuck-on batter! Another plus is the even cooking. My muffins baked beautifully uniform, which is always a win in my book. I appreciate that it doesn’t warp in the oven, so I don’t have to worry about it changing shape as it heats up. It's lightweight and easy to handle, which makes pouring the batter a breeze. Even my kids have started helping and they love how easy it is to use. Honestly, if you’re looking for a hassle-free baking experience, I highly recommend giving a silicon muffin tray a try. I use this to make my protein egg muffin bites. I was seriously sick of cleaning the regular muffin pan as they ALWAYS stuck! This one they drop out! Bit waffy so I sit on a baking sheet. Not even deducted a star cos it’s fab!

I got this silicon muffin tray as I had made egg bites in a traditional muffin tray and it was difficult to remove them, even with greasing the tin, without leaving quite a lot of residue behind. No such issue with this silicon tray. I have so far made the same egg bites, which released with ease and no waste. I also made muffins and these also came out perfectly, even without bothering to apply any oil spray or grease first. I like the flexibility of the tray as I can fold it in half to store it and it seems pretty durable. You will need to place the silicon tray on a flat sturdy tray to put in and take out of the oven as the silicon traybis very flexible. Also, make sure to do this before filling with your mixture or it will be a pain to try to manoeuvre (I learned this the hard way!) The size is just right for your average sized muffins.

Very good for making muffins

To my surprise this worked really well. Banana muffins literally fell out with no sticking. It is flexible to the point of floppy but simply placing it on a baking tray is not a big deal.

I am so glad I bought this product! I have made mini quiches, blueberrie muffins, yorkshire puddings and they have all turned out well cooked and delicious. A good size too! You don't have to spray oil the tray either as nothing sticks when cooked. The price was really good too. The tray is not sturdy but I just place it ontop of a baking tray before I add the ingredients. 10/10 from me!! :)
