Very good quality, much better than expected. Was I little worried because it had no reviews, but very pleasantly surprised at the end. Thick, good quality board, stack of blank cards for property, community chest and chance cards, printable self adhesive A4 sheets, printable multi colored money paper, cute tokens (pleasant colors), houses, hotels and 2 dices. I myself am not planning to color the board itself. I've decided to print a board out (self made for my favorite TV show) and glue it in. So I can't help you with how good does it handle markers. But based on its quality, I'd say it would do good. Have fun

I WILL KEEP BUYING THESE! I purchased the Make Your Own Opoly set to create a custom game for my husband and I. It was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I used the money templates from Apostrophe and custom made the money, the chance/community chest cards, the board and the box. This set is absolutely perfect! The only thing I wish was different was if it was thicker paper for the money and cardstock so I could print the cards and then cut them into card size. But both of those are easy to adjust on your own too!

I think this product only was successful because our organization had an art department. You need to be a bit artzy and a bit techy for this kit. Final product turned out well but we worked with a professional artist for an office going away gift.

Fun idea, but It takes a lot of computer work and printer ink to play. I like the uniqueness but not the time it takes to get it set up.

The product arrived as described and within delivery time. If you want a blank opoly game to develop on your own I recommend the seller, cause in my case it couldn't have gone any better. 5 stars.

Like: leave room for your creativity Dislike: took forever to put together and not easy to replace if mess up as you don't provide backup as most kit I thought would especially for a serious product like this but maybe you didn't because most people do design template on computer before finishing up with your product?

I will be adding a couple photos of my finished games as soon as they are done, this saved me so much trial and error making a game from scratch. I love that it included EVERYTHING I needed. The templates to print are helpful, I would've like to have seen an option to use an already made up money template for all the bills already done. I'll be buying another one for sure. Actually that's why I logged in again, so best get to it. lol Thank you for creating and putting together this kit.

Durch die vorgefertigten Spielkarten und das Spielfeld muss man wirklich nur malen oder bedrucken. Die Klebefolien zum bedrucken (für die Spielkarten) musste ich leider Pi-mal-Daumen zurecht schneiden, da sie sonst nicht in meinen handelsüblichen Drucker gepasst hätten. Hat aber trotzdem alles geklappt und ich bin unfassbar zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Preis-Leistung könnte besser sein ist aber voll okay. Werde es nochmal bestellen!! (Habe es einmal meine Freund zum Jahrestag geschenkt und mache nun eins für die Hochzeit meines Bruders! Kann es als kreative selbstgemachte Geschenkidee nur empfehlen wirklich)

Mi è stato davvero utile per costruire da capo il gioco che avevo in mente! Poichè contiene tutto il necessario, sarebbe stato più carino ricevere magari altre pedine e non le “solite” ma nel complesso è molto bello e completo

Bonjour, Nous avons reçu ce jour le produit non emballé, forcément il a été détérioré par le transport, Nous ne pouvons pas le retourner car c’est pour un anniversaire mais fortement déçu !
