The first week I took the saffron with an empty stomach, I felt very anxious my heart was beating so hard I was scared. I asked chat gpt, who suggested me to take it with food, completely changed things, at one point my friend asked me what I was taking, my energy level completely changed, I’m seeing the sun brighter. There is being some days I felt down but not like I was when I decide to try this.

Really pleased with it!
I actually really really liked this one! I was looking for a natural remedy for depression and while I couldn't immediately notice the effect (or so I thought), I noticed it immediately as soon as I ran out. ☺️ I guess I attributed my well being to other factors, or thought I was busier and more distracted to feel blue, but I cried two days straight after I ran out. And it clicked that maybe it's the saffron that had me feel better after all. Repurchased. ✅️
