New to the Random House list is author Bill Doyle with a tale of monsters, magic, and mayhem. After Keats and Henry lose their bikes, they need money--fast. So the help-wanted ad at the supermarket seems ideal for them. All they have to do is weed Hallway House's garden, find some lightbulbs in the attic, sweep the garage . . . and battle a shark-headed zombie. But no one told them about the giant bookworms in the library, the toe-biting carpet in the halls, and the kitchen sinkhole! "Attack of the Shark-Headed Zombie" is just the first book in the series with Henry and Keats. Check out "Stampede of the Supermarket Slugs" and "Invasion of the Junkyard Hog" for more of their adventures!

A creative, audience capturing story!
My son, who dislikes reading, loves this book. It is very imaginative. A little bit mystery, a tiny bit of "light" horror, a lot of science fiction. It's a fun book to read!

Summer Reading
I got this for my 8 yr old grand son who will enter 3rd grade in September 2019. He's gonna LOVE this book. Even though the graphics are in black and white, they are cool graphics none the less. I think the story line is perfect for your typical 8 year old. The print is a good size and it is a chapter book. How can you go wrong with a shark headed Zombie?

This book hits all the right notes!
I bought this chapbook for my nephew, who is an avid reader. We took turns reading aloud -- not only did he enjoy reading it, and listening to it, my brother and sister-in-law were drawn in as we read it aloud. The book hits all the right notes -- very creative and rewards the reader for remembering the "clues" mentioned earlier. The relationship between the cousins was spot on, and the attention to detail and dialogue makes this a fun read for kids (and their parents and aunt)!

Engaging!
This book was adorable. Book it for my 7 year old stepson who said “reading was boring” he found it entertaining and I also found myself excited to hear the next chapter. Will be ordering more.

but it came in great condition and I have a feeling good he's going ...
Got this for mt 9yr old son. He hasn't read it yet bc it's a Xmas gift, but it came in great condition and I have a feeling good he's going to like it. It does have some pictures and the font is a good size. He struggles with reading for but I think this book will be good for him.
