Needed cookware to give someone for a gift. The receiver was very surprisedat the quality and features of this cookware. Very good quality. You won't go wrongbuying this cookware. Glass tops to the pots are a plus and the quantity of food is marked on theINSIDE of the pot which is so nice. You can immediately see if you have enough water or whatever you arecooking. Highly recommend it.

pots were generally as advertised, good quality steel construction. However, the ELO shipping box was severely damaged/disintegrating inside the Amazon shipping box. Clearly it had not been handled with care prior to getting to Amazon or wherever it drop-shipped from. As a result, one of the handles on one of the lids was broken, obviously from an impact -- fortunately none of the glass was broken. Amazon was unable to return/exchange just the damaged lid for whatever reason, and I really did not want to re-package and ship the entire set back. I was offered a 25% discount/refund, which I accepted, and hopefully I am able to fix the lid with some epoxy/jb weld or similar. Nice product, terrible packaging.

Only had this product a couple of months and already one of the handles have come off one of the pots. Since my window of opportunity to return them have closed, I am stuck with a defective product. I do not recommend anyone waste their money on this product.

Arrived with the handles broken off on two of the pots. Otherwise they were a good weight and appeared to be well made. The box appeared to have been repacked.

I like it . it really cooks well on medium heat as indicated on instructions but I don't know how to restore the original shine after use because it fades away and it stays dark. I don't know if I can use brillo pads or something else to remove dark spots.

So far, so good. I am using the pots for 2 months now and so far love those. The bottom is quite high and thus takes a bit longer than my previous super thin pots to heat those, but that is only a positive thing imo. Love the thickness, how food tastes when cooked in those and the look.

I use thse with my induction cook top and they are amazing. Very high quality at a bargain price point.
