Tube won't go down.  Is this a defect or just the way the product is? Kind of expensive when you have to push it down with your fingers.

Helllooooo yes i just received mine and when i removed the plastic covering the tip and twisted the tube to try the lip balm on it did came out but when i was twisting it back it did not come down instead it was cut in to half meaning the other half came down and the other half did not😩 i think it’s defective or the one they’re selling in Amazon are the rejects.
