Got this for the athletes in the family, to be honest I didn't expect much for the price. But they are all extremely happy with it, it seems well-made comes with a great case and so far they've got a lot of use from it.

I've used massage guns before and for a long time now but this model is the Best ever yet that i have used

This is actually my second Sonic Handheld Percussion Massage Gun. My first one worked well for a long time but eventually failed after a couple of years. Because I liked how it performed at the beginning, I decided to buy another one. Unfortunately, during normal use, the new unit’s motor suddenly made a loud pop sound and completely stopped working. I immediately reached out to the company with my order details and even provided the serial number. I followed their instructions, filled out their replacement form multiple times, and also contacted their call centre. They promised a link to upload a video — but I never received it. It has been a long time and I still haven’t received a clear response or resolution. At this point, it feels like I’m being ignored, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating. The massage gun itself worked well at first, but the lack of support after it failed makes it impossible for me to recommend.

I had high hopes for this massage gun, with so many good reviews. Plus, the company that makes it offers a lifetime guarantee- what's not to love? (You have to register it first on a website, to get the lifetime guarantee which, when you do, you supposedly get sent a free massage ball. I didn't get sent one.) Well, after 3 short uses, I noticed there was something inside rattling around when the gun's moved about. Something must have broken off or sheared off. Unfortunately, it meant when the gun was switched on, it made a lot of noise and vibration. I looked at the single star reviews of the product and realised this is a fault that has happened to more than just me. I could have got a replacement, but as it had broken with less than a total of 15 minutes use, I wasn't going to risk the same fault happening over and over again and me spending my life keep asking for replacements. I sent it back, for the price I expected a lot better.

The product when purchase then working was working fine but now after 2 months .it not working properly

I liked the product it works really well and is quite powerful enough for what i need, i dissliked the quality of the charger that came apart in my 13amp socket as shown in picture, after lifepro failed to correct this issue they agreed to refund me, but after 8 weeks i still have not recieved my refund.

I’m officially obsessed with this LifePro Sonic Massage Gun, so much so that I’m buying another one, for me! I originally got this for my father, and he absolutely loves it. The moment he opened it, we tried every attachment just to see what each one could do, and we were impressed with all of them. This is the fourth or fifth massage gun I’ve purchased for him over the years, and this one blows the others away. It’s solid, powerful, and actually delivers the kind of deep relief you hope for but rarely get at this price point, or any price point to be honest. Even the lower settings surprised me, they’re gentle but still incredibly effective, perfect for easing tension without overwhelming sensitive areas. Even my Hope kitty loves it. I’m including a video of her enjoying it because she’s the ultimate product tester in this house. I honestly didn’t expect this level of performance for the price, but I’m thrilled, because now I can afford to pick up at least one more.

Help relieve sore legs and back

Es demasiado intenso este aparato, usarlo en un area del cuerpo que tiene hueso como en la pierna, cintura, hombros, o cabeza solo te va a golpear.

I had this product recommended to me by a friend. It was fantastic at first, used it for my sore back muscles and muscle spasms in lower and mid back as well as shoulders. Truly wonderful. Since it resolved my muscle issues, I only had to use it once in awhile, less than 5-10 minutes weekly. When using it on my girflfriend’s lower back, it suddenly got louder and had a weird vibration. I stopped, made sure everything was connected alright, and resumed using it. After 20-30 seconds there was a very loud noise and very strong vibration. I turned it off and there was obviously a component broken and rattling around inside. I have contacted the company to inquire about a replacement. Will update with 5 stars if they stand by their product and replace it. This massage gun has been used for less than a total of 2 hours run time over 12 months, it should last longer than that. Hope to update with a positive review soon. Edit: Contacted the company via email and phone. It took a couple days for them to call me back, but once they did they immediately authorized a replacement unit. I received a brand new unit (including battery and accessories) within a week. The malfunction occurred because of short screws and thin plastic housing that the internal motor is mounted to. Four screws hold it in place, but once some of the plastic weakens and breaks the motor is completely unsecured. Hopefully they have improved this defect within the last year. Overall, due to product effectiveness and great customer service/warranty I would recommend this product.
