The water port is stainless. This allows for the water to heat up. The rest of the material is plastic. It works well too I might add.

Is the steam hot or just warm? Which is better to unclog pores and remove blackheads?

I love this product. It's just the right amount of steam. I like it better than using a pot because it doesn't get too hot and there is a timer. Throw some herbs in there like dried mint or camomile for some extra luxury and benefits

What if our massage brush spoilt

First of all, don’t buy. This does not work. It does not produce enough steam to even do anything. The brush is not bad but you can get one as stand alone from another brand. Don’t waste your money on this product.
