Très mauvaise restitution de l'énergie accumulée

Je suis très déçu par le rendement entre l'énergie accumulé et l'énergie restituée :Charge emmagasinée dans la batterie interne : 2257 mAh à la place des 2600mAh annoncé !Charge restituée sur un téléphone : 1382 mAhSoit 61% ça veut dire qu'au moment de la charge d'un téléphone, 39% de l'énergie emmagasinée dans la batterie interne du chargeur Bushnell est dissipé sous forme de chaleur.Test effectué 3 fois de suite avec différent appareil de branché dessus et le résultat est le même, j'ai utilisé un testeur de port USB qui m'indique de manière précise la quantité de courant qui passe à travers une prise.Pour le même prix on à un panneaux solaire RAVPower 16W et une powerbank RAVPower 16750 mAh.Le seul point positif de ce chargeur solaire est son poids très léger.
