I've tried 2 colours so far and both turned out sparkly not foi look at all . How do I make it look like foil effect

Mine came out fine and I did my layer of colour, cured it Under the lamp, then apply it to the tacky nail surface but dabbing the applicator in the powder and rub it over the nail. Keep rubbing and it should create the chrome effect. Then just cure, then apply top coat and cure again

Do you mix these with the acrylic powder or are these acrylic powders ?0

This is powder you rub into your nail once the are ready. It’s not acrylic

Can you use this on normal nail polish?

Yes you can, just make sure you use a Water based top coat after you have applied the powders, so that it doesn't make the chrome effect crinkle up .. And then finish with your normal top coat once the water based one is dry
