I have been taking cod liver oil supplements for quite some time now. As I get older I’ve noticed various aches and pains in my joints, cod liver oil tablets definitely make a difference. These tablets are as good as any of the more recognisable brand names, and as expected, give the same positive results. The size of the pills seems to be the standard size one would expect, and let’s be honest… they aren’t exactly small, but they are easy enough to swallow when taken with food or drink. They have a smooth texture which aids in ‘getting them down’ and a pleasing to the eye deep golden colour. They have no odor, and no taste (which is great because cod liver oil has a taste I frankly find repulsive). I have seen a few reviews commenting that the price is a bit high. Considering a ‘dose’ is 2 capsules that means this should last 6 months before you need to re-purchase I consider this to be excellent value of around £3.66 per month. Ontop of the cod liver oil these capsules also contain 75% of you RDA of vitamin A, 100% of vitamin D3 and 450mg of Omega 3 fatty acids. Vitamin A is an essential, fat-soluble nutrient that plays a critical role in maintaining healthy vision, supporting the immune system, and aiding cellular growth and development. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin naturally produced by your skin when exposed to UVB sunlight and is also found in some animal-based foods. It plays a crucial role in regulating calcium and phosphate in the body to maintain healthy bones, teeth, and muscles, while also supporting immune function. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential polyunsaturated fats that the body cannot produce on its own. They are vital for brain function, cardiovascular health, and reducing inflammation. Because the body cannot make them, they must be obtained through your diet or daily supplements.

Excellent product. Good size, easy to swallow, and no taste/smell. Paid £20 for 360 capsules. I've now bought a 2nd jar as 3 of us were using them. Good value for money compared to alternative products/sources.

These were the strongest cod liver oil tablets I could find 100% and not too expensive, and don't leave bad taste in mouth.

I think it works. I have very dry eyes, and was advised by optometrist to take cod liver oil. He said I would notice effect in a month. I actually felt improvement sooner. I used to wake up and not be able to open my eyes, because they were so dry and painful. Now my eyes feel much better.
