Fits well and keeps my console clean. I hate how the shiny N3DS models get finger prints on them so easily, and this solved that problem. Plus it's nice knowing it'll not be as easy to damage, or rub the paint off.

This shell case is brilliant, it can be difficult to find accessories for the 3DS XL New so it is great that this one is available on Amazon. On par with the Hori one in my opinion. Very comfortable, sturdy and protects your console very well. Excellent value for money considering others are priced way over £20. Highly recommend!

This case is nice however doesn’t fully hug the DS on the bottom piece like I’d want it to. I bought this to decorate and put on my DS. I have a new Nintendo 3ds xl and it does its job well enough but it’s a little loose in places. It’s worth the money for the price it’s at, and it adds a layer of protection, but it’s not overly sturdy.

Not great, I have the lime green jap version 3ds LL… as soon as the clear hard shell touches the lime green it turns poop brown in places.

This clear hard shell case fits my New Nintendo 3DS XL perfectly and snaps on securely without any issues. The transparent design lets the console's original look show through, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I noticed some reviews mentioned that it makes the console slippery, but I actually found the opposite—I found it easier and more comfortable to grip with the case on. Overall, it's a great affordable way to protect your 3DS while keeping its appearance unchanged.

This will only work on the "New" 3DSXL model (don't buy it if your 3ds doesnt have "new" above the 3ds xl/ll logo on the bottom as that is a different console to this one). If my N3DSXL wasn't already a bit scratched up I would be hesitant to put this on it as it is a tight snap on to the console, but it works great! Very snug. The side between the hinges is mostly open which is great as I can access all the ports etc (my N3DSXL has an extra modded port in the back so this was a key reason I purchased it). Works great and perfect to slap stickers onto.

This clear 3DS XL case fits perfectly and feels really sturdy. It goes on easily, but once it’s on, it feels secure and doesn’t slip around or feel loose. I mainly wanted something to protect my DS from everyday scratches and wear, especially if I’m carrying it around or setting it down on different surfaces, and this definitely gives me peace of mind. I also love that it’s clear because it doesn’t take away from the look of the system. I decorated mine with stickers to make it cuter, and the case is perfect for that, it lets the stickers show while still keeping everything protected. Overall, it feels like a simple but really worthwhile purchase if you want protection without a bulky case. I definitely recommend it!
