They work really well but a bit flimsy

These are cheap and it shows but in saying that the only issue I found was I had to wind tape round the handles to stop them hurting my fingers when pulling a stubborn radio out of the dash.Other than that issue they worked fine and are fine to use again too. Can't ask for much more than thatUsed to pull a ford fiesta double din radio out of a 2008 model.

These are radio keys. They’re all mostly the same, and these ones were fine and the cheapest. Make sure they’re the right ones for your radio - some cars use different keys and some cars, like most VW group cars, have torx screws hidden under the trim instead.Insert them until they click (they usually only go in in one direction, with the flat side facing towards the outer edge) and then use the round handles to gently pull the radio out on both sides at the same time. You will probably find this easier if you squeeze the keys together slightly.If the connector on the back doesn’t come out easily, check to see if there’s a “handle” on one half of the black plastic of the connector. If there is, pull this upward away from the radio to take it out.

I tried to use these today and after inserting and trying to remove the radio I realised these do not move the clip far enough to remove but set in far enough so the handles cannot be removed. So I now have these stuck in my radio and will have to fight to remove. Probably have to strip the dash to get them out 😒

Quite flimsy , finally done what it was meant to but took a lot of hard work with force….

Not a great design. They are flimsy but do the job. Ford 56/08 plate Fiesta.
