I’ve used it for cookie dough, pasta dough, and even cooked dough. Ease of Use: The handles are comfortable to grip, and the blades are sharp. It slices through dough effortlessly, making my baking and cooking tasks much quicker. Versatility: Whether I’m making brownies, noodles, or ravioli, this cutter set handles it all. Size Consideration: Keep in mind that it’s not ideal for cutting large squares (like for turnovers or croissants), but for strips and slender items, it’s perfect. This pastry cutter works very well. It is easy to adjust and slices neatly through the dough. As some of the other reviewers have noted, the center wheels can be kind of wobbly, just because of the design. However, if you hold it correctly, this is not an issue. I also think this was a very good price for the cutter.

Great for cutting even layers, but the middle blades are not always in contact with the cutting board. The quality control, checking the alignment, should have caught this.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for the in-laws. She loves it.

It’s very hard to get all wheels to cut at the same time. Even when pressing down on thin dough, I could only get 2 wheels to cut at once.

I really wanted to love this bicicleta pasta cutter; however, it was a big disappointment for me. It does not cut thin pasta dough thoroughly, even with maximum pressure. I've had to go over the lines made by the bicicleta with the very flimsy hand-held ravioli wheel that was included in order to cut my spinach pasta. Additionally, the hand-held ravioli wheel has a couple of chips on the smooth blade, which would get caught and snag against my pasta board while cutting. I managed to cut 1 1/4" × 1 1/4" squares of spinach pasta with these tools to make garganelli; however, I feel that due to the bicicleta's ineffectiveness, it doubled my effort in completing the task. I ended up discarding the things and ordered the Ateco 5-wheel adjustable dough divider, which arrived today. The Ateco is much sturdier, better built, more solid and much heavier -- the wheels do not wobble! I recommend that you invest about $10 more and buy a tool that actually works and will last longer.
