Painless and safe!
It’s great and works! Painless removal of milia. Would recommend! Comes in a (real) leather envelope.. (Not cruelty free sadly)

Great item.
Need to be very careful, as it's extremely sharp.I used it to help remove stubborn milia on my face. Saves alot of money, compared to visiting a salon.Only recommend using it, if you know what you're doing, and have a steady hand.

It works
Received today I used it on 3 mila spots had a slight bleed from the needle but all the nasty staff came out just have a slight blemish where the large Mila was but will heal in a day or so. Other Mila,s have gone no marks in the skin. Would recommend .
