There is a picture of the box in the reviews. Shows they are made in China.

Can you flip eggs to make over easy or over medium eggs?

Yes. Take your spatula and gently remove the edges of the egg from the ring and remove ring from pan. The ring itself can't be flipped due to the wooden handle. I make eggs over easy all of the time.

Can I put these in the oven so I can meal prep scrambled eggs?

No, they have a rubber grip so I would not put them in a oven. But they work great on a griddle.
