Men's 2 in 1 Running Shorts Gym Workout Quick Dry Mens Shorts with Phone Pocket

I’ve tried a few gym compression shorts and been experiencing the inside compression garment to be either tight and loose under the crotch or just doesn’t tight enough or their shorts aren’t tight enough, etc. but I love these shorts and the inside compression garment is very comfy, & it’s snug and it stays tucked into your crotch area. Which is a big deal when you’re working out, especially running and walking. I absolutely would be buying more and I love the short compartment where you can keep your phone.

There are so many workout clothes on Amazon. So I bought these and two other shorts because I could not pick one. These were the best of the 3. First thing you notice is the thickness. These pants are thick especially when counting the spandex underneath. They will get sweaty and take some time to dry. Next thing is the tightness. The spandex makes these tighter than it looks and tighter than I was used to. Overall, it's still very comfortable to workout in and does not limit your range of motion. They look pretty solid too, not baggy or skirt-like as other pants I've bought. I washed it once in cold water and it did NOT noticeably shrink or expand. There are 4 pockets including a small zipper one on the right and 1 small one the spandex. The two small ones are good for keys, phones, cards, etc. The other two outside side pockets have wide/loose openings so would not recommend keeping anything there while running. Only three complaints: (1) The zipper pocket on the right hand side has a zipper that gets stuck when zipped all the way up. Recommend zipping up on 3/4 of the way or not at all. It is somewhat deep and nothing should fall out easily. EDIT: This happens on only 1 (black) of the 4 pairs I bought. (2) There is a knot/lump in the top middle on the back side. You only notice it when laying on your back on a mat or floor. Very uncomfortable to do abs workouts in. (3) These are low priced so quality control is not the best. I found some loose threads already after one wash. Don't expect these to last many years of heavy use. Overall, good pants and worth the price imo.

This is the second pair of these shorts that I have purchased. I have been using the first pair for about three months now and I love them. They fit very well and with a heavier phone I don't even notice I have a phone in the pocket after a minute or two. I like the phone in the compression in the leg feature. Brilliant! Originally I found it annoying to try and take out my phone during a run but have now gotten used to it and can pull out my phone without breaking stride. It probably isn't the coolest looking things to see someone pulling up the short leg to grab a phone, but it gets the job done. I use these shorts on all my long runs and they are my favorite I own. I also like the side zipper pocket. It is large enough to put your keys evven your phone. The two regular side pockets are well placed and are deep enough to place your phone when walking around casually. The tweaks I would make would be the following. I would have placed the zipper pocket on the left side. I already have the phone on that side so I think it would have helped to even out some weight. Also, the compression short hangs lower than the outer short. They could make the cut a little shorter on the inner and it would change the functionality. Finally, the hole in the leg for a chord seems outdated at this point. I guess it would be a good feature 5-10 years ago, but most people now are using wireless. But is you still have wired earphones, than these are your shorts. I feel all these tweaks do not effect the performance of these shorts so they are more me being picky. Finally, I love the price! There are higher quality/priced items on the market. If you are a huge runner and need to spend a lot of money on shorts to create the image of a big time athlete, then I don't know if these are your shorts. I do triathlons, so I have enough to blow my money on in gear, so dropping $50+ on shorts is not worth it for me. Quick final note: I have an Iphone 11. It fits great, but I noticed that if I have my phone screen facing my leg, it will at times start to take pictures and other functions. I found if i turn the phone away from my leg it doesn't happen. So in summary, great value, great short, highly functional, and great for running with a phone.

Amazon always asks for these as soon as you get the product, so I can’t tell you about long-term, but I’ve worn a couple pairs and I’ve worked out in them and I absolutely love them.

These are quality gym shorts...great fit.

To be honest I do like the shorts, however, I cannot see myself using it for working out. Pockets are great and that hidden pocket is great. Having the internal material makes it feel comfortable. But, the issue I have with this is that you may want to consider a bigger size... the length is great, the waist is great, however, around the mid portion of the pants is a bit tight and may not be ideal for working out in the gym. I do wear it at home and is good since there is some privacy in your home. I have ordered several other ones to see how it fits and all are great, but I use it only for the home. I'm guessing this may be an issue that may not be fixed as the material is form fitting.

Bought these for my husband for when he goes running. Definitely look at the size chart; my husband is usually a medium but the large fit him well. They make the "crotch area" look a little visible (although my husband said they feel fine, not tight or too high by the jewels), so maybe wear a longer shirt to cover or size up even more. The compression layer is comfortable and the under-pocket is big enough to hold his phone in it's case. His earbud wires fit through it fine too (although of course he decides to buy wireless earbuds after I bought these, ha!) They're overall wonderful workout and running shorts and worth the cost.

Product looks good. Fit, slighty small to size. I usually use Large, I bought XL, and it was still "snug". Pockets very convenient, and well made access for cables. Lenght was good.

This is my second pair. First were great - the elastic tension in the legs and phone pocket was perfect. My iPhone 13 Pro was held "just right" for when I go running. This new pair has much weaker fabric tension. The iPhone flops around.

Habe sie nun schon sehr oft beim Sport getragen. Material und Verarbeitung top. Trotz häufigem Waschen hat sie noch immer die Form beibehalten. Das innenliegende Handyfach/Tasche passt perfekt für mein iPhone 14 Pro Max. Habe keine Sorgen mehr das das aus der Tasche rutscht. Klare kaufempfehlung und 5 Sterne von mir.

Länge der Hose entspricht absolut nicht der abgebildeten Länge. Hose hört bei mir (1,89m) mittig im Oberschenkel auf.
