Don't Delay, Get This Terrific Guide to IF and A Healthy Lifestyle!
After collecting a stack of fasting and IF books from the top writers on the subject in the past few years and still not making the shift into IF, I picked up Gin Stephens' books because of the title. Delaying makes sense for me, and as it turns out, my body and brain love it too. So I started picking up whatever I could find on TRE and eating within a smaller window or OMAD. I first ordered Piper's book in Kindle and as soon as I finished I ordered a paper copy, as I knew it would be something I would refer to again and again, and paper allows me to find things faster than searching through my Kindle. The book is well written and researched. And it is not all about "diet" and losing weight. The author has done her homework and offers many "tips, tricks and tweaks" for a healthy, balanced life. She is honest and engaging in her writing style. I am a healthy young 60. But my weight swings back and forth on the diets du jour. I have never found anything that clicked for me like this plan that allows you to choose When, not What to eat. It opened up a tremendous sense of freedom around food and eating for me. I plan to gift this helpful book to anyone who wants to know more about my healthy life and weight loss. This is a great book on its own or as a companion to Gin's writings. Thanks, Piper, and best wishes!

Worth Purchasing!
There are lots of IF books out there these days but Piper Brinkley found a perspective that really appeals! ‘Tips, Tricks and Tweaks for the IF Lifestyle’ delivers. I’ve been doing IF for about 18 months and still I discovered many new ideas to incorporate, and I’ve only read about a third (and skimmed the rest in anticipation). My daughter wants to have my book as soon as I’m done, so I’m on a mission. If you’re looking for some encouragement, ideas to help you succeed and a really easy reading style (solid science in easy language) then get this book. And there are recipes included at the back, too…no pictures, but the instructions are good and so very well detailed you feel like you’re cooking alongside your sister, or reading mom’s recipe…that’s fun! We can’t own every book on the IF lifestyle though you’ll want this one (guy or gal) - and especially the ladies, with a couple chapters written just for us gals ...because “we’re special”!

This book taught me so much more about this wonderful way of life!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have been doing intermittent fasting for two years and love this way of life! I've read a bunch of books in the process to learn about the "hows and whys" of fasting. This book is perfect for those who want to learn more, including some new tricks! I learned so much from this book that I hadn't already found in my extensive reading and research on the subject. It's easy to read and pretty funny, too! Piper truly wants everyone to live our best lives and that shines through on every page!! I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in improving their life and health through intermittent fasting.

Better books on IF
Save your $$$. Get one of Gin Stephen’s books; Delay, Don’t Deny, Feast Without Fear, or her new one in June and/or one of Dr. Jason Fung’s several books for great fasting info. This book is an easy read, filled with lots of anecdotal info, but if you seriously want more information on Intermittent Fasting this is not your best choice.

A great guide to a new healthy lifestyle!
This book is the nudge I needed in the right direction for a new healthy lifestyle. It is not only informative but also entertaining. I love how it gives you simplistic breakdowns for us beginners without shaming other lifestyles. I look forward to reaping the benefits of these tips.

Great ideas for when you plateau
I loved the author’s ideas and tricks in this book. Having done IF for about 6 months I found it was time for some tweaks. The book is easy to read with some humor in it.

Poorly edited
I was so excited about getting this book after hearing the author interviewed by Gin Stephens but found the book almost unreadable. The editing is absolutely dreadful, which makes the book very difficult to read. There are blank pages, odd gaps in the text and run-on paragraphs. The author shares information about other topics (hygiene, sex and medications) which have nothing to do with intermittent fasting. Save your money.

Full of good advice!
If you've already started fasting and just want to refine some parts of it whilst continuing with the lifestyle there's some good advice here. This book does what it says on the tin; tips, tweaks and tricks that will help you to make adjustments that will fit in with your life. Easy to read and tons of different tidbits of wisdom. Piper is super positive and an experienced faster. Fasting is a journey and as such constantly changes as you and your body adjust. This book helps you ease through some of the obstacles or trips you may have on your way. If, however you're brand new to fasting, you may want to buy this in conjunction to some of the other fasting lifestyle experts such as Jason Fung or Gin Stephens.
