Lamicall Tablet Floor Stand Holder - Bed Gooseneck Mount for 4.7-13" iPad

I really like this stand for my iPad. I use this solid, stable stand next to my recliner to hold the iPad at a convenient height and angle. The base is solid and heavy, so the stand does not move. Note that the flexible arm is very difficult to bend, so it is best to keep it in the same position. This works for me because the arm keeps its shape. But it might not be useful if the flexible arm must be bent into different positions frequently.

I didn’t know something like this existed. I don’t know how I found it, but I’m glad I did. I bought new recliners for my sitting room and needed something for me to watch my tablet with more comfortably than sitting on my lap. I was getting neck and wrist pain from holding it up while sitting in my chair. This stand is amazing! It’s sturdy, and the neck and arm doesn’t move unless I move it. And it’s easily adjustable but you have to hold on to the neck to move because of how tight it is. That means it doesn’t slip down with the tablet in it. I do have a Bluetooth keyboard cover for the tablet that’s heavy, and the stand does slide down with the tablet in that, so I have to remove it and use the tablet by itself. But the holder is so strong that I have no fear my tablet will fall out. I just put it back up when I’m done watching but I could actually leave it in there all night if I wanted to. It also holds my iPhone 8 with a nice grip. The holder has two loops that you use to grab and extend the holder. It easily stretches to fit my 12.9” iPad. I keep it in landscape but it easily turns to portrait with a smooth glide. The base is heavy and doesn’t tip over even with the arm low. If I need to go very low, I sit the stand up against my chair to avoid tipping over and it’s fine. I put some felt under the stand due to my hardwood floors getting a little scratched from me moving the stand back and forth. Now it glides without worry. The silver color is a beautiful design and blends in with my sitting room. I didn’t want a gaudy floor stand being a feature in the room. When I’m done, it slides easily in the corner between my recliner and the wall so it’s not the first thing you see when walking into the room. I spend many hours every evening after a busy day relaxing in my new recliner, watching movies hands free on my iPad with this floor stand. I highly recommend!! Edit: 2025 and I’m still using this stand every day. Holder and arm are still tight. No issues at all. If this ever breaks I’ll get another one asap. This brand is amazing, even their other products.

I got this stand a couple weeks ago to use with my mobile devices while chilling in my lounge chair. The thing that made most excited about this stand is it's versatility. I was able to easily attach my 15.1 portable monitor without straining the spring mechanism (see pictures)! Since the item description only mentions holding phones and tablets up to 12.9in, I was pleasantly surprised. Now, I can connect my Samsung phone and tablet, my Apple MacBook Air and iPad (yes, I straddle the line between Apple and Android) and use them on a larger screen without needing to hunch over a table and strain my neck. Great setup for me to watch videos, journal, or do light tasks that I don't feel like doing at my desk. The spring loaded mechanism is very smooth, and the yellow rope handles make it very easy to open the clamps to remove or exchange your device. The clamp holds firm but didn't crush my tablet case (which has a space on one edge for my stylus/pencil). The base of the stand is actually pretty heavy, so even though I keep my devices leaned over to one side to come over my chair, it has never tipped over. The gooseneck is solid - it maintains the position you twist it into despite the weigh of my tablets. it will wiggle slightly if I put my attach my tablet and continue to use it's touch screen, but otherwise it stays put. Despite this, the gooseneck is easy to move using both hands. Another cool feature is I can slightly loosen the knob for the stnd and then swing the holder out of my way when I'm finished. I definitely would recommend this product!

Wow!! FANTASTIC stand! Great price! Sturdy and heavy duty! Exactly what I was hoping for. The base is weighted perfectly. Not to heavy to pick up but heavy enough to keep your ipad safe from falling over. Thank you for this wonderful product. I highly recommend it!

Originally in July 2020 I gave this a one star rating because I'd purchased two of them and neither one was able to hold my Galaxy S6 tablet in the vertical position - it slid right through the clamps onto the floor. Very disappointing because the base and stand seemed high quality, but it was useless if it couldn't hold a tablet in the portrait position. I requested a refund same day and had given up on finding a good, functional tablet stand. The company contacted me and asked if I'd be willing to try again with this stand. Why not I thought, and now having had this for a few days I can only speculate that the two I'd received previously were defective - this works great! Easy assembly, height adjustable, and the gooseneck allows my tablet to be in any viewing position The tablet cradle itself is fully rotational thanks to being mounted on a ball. Most importantly, the clamp now holds my tablet securely on both sides with no slippage. Just to be sure I left it for a full 48 hours (over a bed just in case for a soft landing) and the tablet hadn't moved at all. Very impressed. As you can see by the pictures, I now have it positioned by my recliner where I can read eBooks hands free, and easily swing it to the side when needed. Very pleased with this product. I've been searching for a while for a sturdy stand that is height and position adjustable and there's not much out there. For the price, this is value for money all the way. Also excellent customer service in replacing my originally defective item. I'd be very comfortable buying more products from this company after this experience

LOVE LOVE LOVE (LAMICALL) WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION Lamicall floor stand has very heavy base and my 12.9” iPad Pro does not tip or lean. Me being me, I Tested the limits of weight distribution and stability and the only way this product will tip is if you’re laying on the floor and place the stand base as far from you as stretched neck will reach and attempt to have tablet faced toward floor which is not a way someone would use this floor stand. I did this out of my need to learn item I buy and without potentially causing harm to my item To a safe extent I evaluate and know the limits of any product I purchase. only someone looking for a reason to complain will find an issue with weight distribution, LAMICALL exceeds its claim in this area. GOOSENECK I read fellow purchasers reviews and comments and trust them over product description. It seems to me the purpose and functionality of the gooseneck is misunderstood. In my experience from prior purchases, the easier it is to bend, the easier it is to tip. I want a gooseneck that takes effort to bend to desired angle as it is more likely to hold the weight and keep my adjustments to my device. My suggestion to you as a purchaser is to position your gooseneck to desired placement without your device in the holder, I’ve read reviews where people have damaged or broken their device by pulling, twisting or pushing on device in tablet cradle to adjust angle Or height of gooseneck. Besides, it is much easier to maneuver the gooseneck with an empty cradle, why chance damage to your device and make your adjustments harder? The gooseneck needs to be strong to endure the weight of device it cradles. That being said, it takes great effort to bend the gooseneck but I have been able to maneuver it to any desired angle with weight support thus far. ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT BAR I use this while lying in bed and the minimal height available has worked best for me when I am using device hands on. However, I adjust the bar making it higher to place my tablet directly over me to enjoy a video while laying. Thus far there has not been a height that doesn’t accommodate my needs. This is the 3rd floor stand tablet holder I have purchased and should have been my 1st and last purchase. I did not want to spend $80 and attempted to purchase at 1/3 the price which after a week of use of gooseneck became stripped and no longer flexible not to mention I had to place heavy weighted objects on top legs to keep from falling over. I am good at shopping and finding best bargains but in this case, I spent more money attempting to save. Having purchased this item and discovering it’s effectiveness, If I had known what I’ve learned from this item I would have gladly made the purchase day 1. So if you are reading reviews and come across this review, do not do as I did and purchase at 1/3 the cost of this, it will cost you much more trying to get features you need.

Have had this for years. Base is very sturdy. The piece that grips on is easy to interchange with different size ones. The grip is very strong. You can swing it around 360° and raise the pole up and down.

Excellent for iPad. I read a lot and this is perfect for that. Good weight on the base so no tip overs.

This stand is great for holding my 11-inch iPad. Some of the other reviews noted that it’s not very stable. I have pushed it up against a little table, which helps with the stability. While it’s slightly more expensive than some of the other iPad stands, it has a sleek, low profile design which blends in with my home with a clean and modern look. I like that I can just push it to one side when I’m not using it. The construction of the stand feels like very good quality, and the base is quite heavy. I did have some difficulty assembling the top part of the stand, and didn’t find the instructions very clear in this regard. You have to firmly push the circle attachment onto the ball until it ‘clicks’ into place.

Works with the Switch 2 and easy to use. It is a little bit wobbly but sturdy enough. You can move it anyway you want. It is little bit heavy. I would recommend it.
