Strong motor, good suction, no dust
I like this unit because it has a very strong motor and there is no dust leakage. It's attached to my miter saw which can throw off large amounts of dust without good dust collection. I had a Shopvac brand unit before, but it had marginal suction and leaked dust.

Excellent vac.
Truly professional grade. Attachments are very nice, connections fit tight, and huge capacity for construction dust/debris. Long duty cycle as well; nothing got too hot during long run times. Moves a lot of air / good suction. Very pleased.

Hose easily pulls out of the vacuum
I had to return it. This is probably a great vacuum for collecting dust from a stationary tool like a table saw. It's not so great to connect to tools that you move around a lot like an orbital sander. The hose connection to the vacuum housing is friction fit. You stick the end of the hose into a hole. There is no clasp or screw-on mechanism to secure the hose in place. Tugging on it rather gently will cause it to disconnect. I can't see any way to use a hose clamp or tape to fix this situation. It's hard to believe this is how they designed it. It's especially absurd for something that people will probably want to use on hazardous materials, like lead paint. You will accidentally disconnect the hose and spread dust everywhere, and you will probably not notice immediately. Regardless of how well it filters particles or what certifications it has, I strongly recommend against using this vacuum on anything potentially hazardous.

Awesome HEPA vacuum
This is a strong vacuum that’s easy to transport. As others have stated, the wheel design does make it awkward to roll around but it’s solid and easy to move over uneven terrain so there’s a good trade off in my opinion. The vacuum is not the loudest I’ve used but not the quietest. Changing filters is super easy and seals tight. The hose is a typical hose and attachment tools are a higher quality than you typically see included. Dustless offers a high quality HEPA vac that is affordable and should last for years to come. Well done.

Good enough
When I went to buy replacement bags from the manufacturer, I found out this is an older model. There’s a new one out with upgraded accessories for the same price. The accessories on this model (black tube, not yellow) are the biggest pain point. Also, the bags only sort of fit. I still managed to fill the first one up, but there was a bit more room left in the chamber than I’d like. I’ve had no problems with it releasing dust, etc. However, keep some tape around to seal the used bag. Other bags from this company include a sticker for this purpose, but this model doesn’t. We bought this for one or two specific projects where the certifications matter, and plan to run half a dozen bags of nastiness through this thing. After that, we’ll occasionally use it as a normal shop vac. I think that’s an appropriate use of this model, and am happy I didn’t pay more. If I was using this on a regular basis, I’d be tempted to upgrade. The hose sometimes kinks, and the vacuum cleaner gets tripped up on its own cord and falls over too easily. I suspect they already addressed the hose problem. Bigger wheels would be nice. If you need something with the safety certifications this thing has, these are all minor complaints. At this price point, this is a great deal. The issues I’ve had didn’t have any safety impact.

Effective workhorse that is well accessorized
I used this for an exterior painting job with an orbital sander with great success. Like most canister vacuums, it is loud but this one has good power and did an excellent job at containing dust and debris. I used it in conjunction with a 3d printer to create custom exhaust fittings with my tools and they worked great.

Great professional level small wet/dry vac
Small enough for a 72 yr old female to get it up and down the stairs. Gréât suction. No ADDITIONAL dust. Love it! No need to ruin my dysen, shark or Miele. Sheet rock and wood dust are vacuum killers. This little sweetie sucks it up. Gréât machine

Fell Apart!
Hose broke on the literal first use.

Hose and the front collar gets disconnected often
I got a returned product with dust and scratches on the unit. The collar at the front of the hose got disconnected from the hose two-three times when in use. The hose got disconnected from the machine often when in use. When not in use the hose falls off the unit. There is not enough suction with the 14 inches nozzle head further away from the center.
