is the gray ones head really shaped like an egg?

It's more avocado shaped than egg-shaped

When you put it in the dryer for the first time do you use heat or no heat or does it matter?

I used medium heat because I want to sanitize it better and it was fine.

How long should I put it in the dryer to fluff it up?

Dont put it in the dryer. Unnecessary. It will fluff up by itself in just a few days. Mine is all fluffed up and squishy now :) No wrinkles.

Is this an anime character?

I don’t know it just a cat plushie
