Quickly make homemade ice cream.
Great mix! Super quick & easy to make. Just NOTE, if you have an ice cream machine like mine- a Cuisinart from Williams Sonoma, make sure you SIFT OUT the chocolate chips prior to mixing in with ingredients. My machine got so CLOGGED up with chocolate that it stopped working and I had to completely disassemble it before I make the 2nd bag in the box.

sift the chips first
I wish I had read some of the reviews before making. It is very good but you do need to sift out the chips and add them in the last 5 minutes because they keep the paddle from staying where it needs to be. But all in all it is very good.

Great ice cream
Great mint chocolate chip ice cream that was easy to do and I can’t wait to try the other flavors. just a cup of milk, a cup of half-and-half, and a cup of heavy whipping cream, and a packet mix at all you need to do. Oh, you need to do. Oh also, the Ice cream maker lol

If you like Blue Bell you will like this
This is by far the best mix I have ever tried. Very generous on the chocolate chip. You can make 1/2 a batch or a complete amount which is about 2.5 quart if you followi the directions . It is a little expensive but darn well worth it. The chocolate chip stays mixed up and do not settle on the bottom. I will try other flavors. Review#2. I Purchased my second box of this ice cream and made it by the exact amounts of added products. It’s like a marriage is good , But I do not see spending $12 for the mix and additional five or so dollars for the other products.
