expensive but worth it! We sprayed the garden where the grasses took over around our Okra and squash (broad leaf). We sprayed the grasses and it took 7-10 days to start dying, and the grasses were 1-2 feet tall and it got them good, allowing our okra and squash to finally grow.

This stuff works really well. You just have to be super patient about it. Follow the instructions. You definitely don't want to overuse it. It has taken me 3 sprays to get the super thick grass in my ground cover to die off. But it has finally died, and my ground cover is fine. It works best buy just leaving the grass alone, spraying this stuff on the grass leaves, and letting it do it's job to get to the roots. That is what will eventually kill off the grass. Now I just need to go pull out the dead carpet of grass that has been killing off the cover. But now it should finally be free to fill in again with the pretty ground cover that was meant to be there.

Seems to work on some of the grasses without damage to the broadleaf understory, but results are very slow to happen.

This package is for 1 Acre, my lot is .38 acre. I have used half of the bottle, almost 4 ounces on a few areas where i have Japanese stilt grass and now after 6 days, the grass still bright green. I needed to kill this grass as its invasive and destroying my lawn but it doesn't do the job. It's not worth the money.

Grassout was mixed with up to .65oz per gallon (as recommended), combined with a surfactant, then sprayed on landscape bed areas to kill Zoysia grass within it. I waited over 3 weeks to see a change and the grass barely turned lighter green. Two days ago I doubled the dose (not recommended) to see if it would kill the Zoysia and I'm still waiting. At this point I would not recommend it for similar because it's an expensive product that simply isn't showing the desired results. UPDATE: THIS DID FINALLY KILL THE ZOYSIA INSIDE THE GROUND COVER. I DOUBLED THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT AND IT WORKED.

Works as described. Was able to kill grass and weeds that were growing in my plants. Purchased this as getting to the weed/grass roots was not possible with my dense plants. Has to be mailed out of state and then forwarded to me.
