I ordered two and only recieved one metal bowl. That's only why Im rating this a four star. Other than that it stays in it's place and doesn't slide around while my dogs are trying to eat.

My cats kept pawing at the water dish and always spilled it. This solved the problem! Update 05/02/18 Not too happy with the bowl. It's starting to rust. I can no longer use this item. I will not let my pets drink from a rusty bowl.

No mat! Just the bowl in my order. Twice.
I ordered specifically for the silicone mat. I received only the bowl. I returned the bowl, stating I wanted a replacement. Again, I received just the bowl which completely defeats the purpose of my purchase. Also, this capacity says 3 cups and the picture shows 28.5 oz but the bowl I received says 14.5 oz capacity.

When I purchased this bowl I thought it was exactly what I needed to stop water spilling all over my kitchen when my dog drank but the silicone pads are too shallow to contain spill if your dog drools a lot plus it's really hard afterwards to dump the spilled water without spilling it yourself because the silicone bends very easily. If your dog drools/spills quite a lot, this is not a product that would help.

Great Holders, Cheap Dishes
Love the silicone holders, but the dishes are very thin. If the dishes were thicker I would definitely give a better score. Timely delivery. Arrived very quickly.

Perfect for a splashing kitty
I am using this for a 22 pound cat who will typically paw and paw at his water bowl spilling it everywhere. This bowl at least keeps the spillage within the silicone ring. This bowl is perfect for a large cat.

it was too small for my bulldog......not sure why the are calling it X-large!.....for a big cat, maybe?!

Does a pretty good job of catching my cats' crumbs, but I would prefer a less deep bowl. Overall, I am very happy. Looks nice with the WETNoZ 5 cup water bowl.
