Keeps loosing connection
Keeps loosing connection to my hubitat hub. Works fine once you remove and reinstall battery but fails again after 1-2 days. Can't return since they say they only accept unused products.

Half the price of Xfinity and works great!
Just bought three of these through Amazon, $9.99 versus $19.99 at Xfinity, easy to install. You will need to chat or talk with customer service and they will walk you through it, installed first time no problems. Exact match to the ones I have.
