I gave it a 5 start because obviously I was lied to to get this bogus waste of money item. This doesn't work n they won't return money. It tastes watered down had absolutely no numbing affect. I'm in pain waiting for this hoping for at least a little affect.

Worked well to treat symptoms
This spray was easy to use and it worked well to treat my sore throat. I had a terrible cough for several weeks and my throat was raw from coughing. The real bonus to me is that it doesn't leave a nasty taste like many of the lozenges that wind up coating my tongue more than my throat.
