Not Vitamin E oil filled
I don't know what to think, yet as I've never had vitamin E as a powder filled capsule. Thought I was ordering the usual liquid oil filled soft gel. I'm quite uncertain about the efficacy of this product so lower rating that it may. Warrant .

Just as described. Arrived quickly. Capsules are a little large to swallow so be aware. Only just started taking them so we will see results in a couple of months.

Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken und enthalten natürliches D-Alpha Tocopherol, was für eine bessere Bioverfügbarkeit sorgt. Schon nach kurzer Einnahmezeit bemerkt man mehr Energie und ein allgemein besseres Wohlbefinden. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass keine unnötigen Zusatzstoffe enthalten sind. Mit 100 Kapseln hat man zudem einen guten Vorrat zu einem fairen Preis. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihre Gesundheit gezielt unterstützen möchten.

Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um die typischen Softgel Kapseln mit Öl. Es sind normale Steckkapseln, die mit einem weißen Pulver gefüllt sind, was wohl die trockene Form von Vitamin E ist. Wer unbedingt Öl-Kapseln will, ist hier falsch. Wirkung & Verträglichkeit: Ich nehme die Kapseln nun seit ein Monat und vertrage sie sehr gut. Kein Aufstoßen und kein komischer Nachgeschmack. Meine Haut fühlt sich "weicher" an und auch glatter. Ich habe definitiv Verbesserungen wahrnehmen können. Kapselform und MHD: Das Produkt ist hochwertig, aber das MHD sehr knapp bemessen. Ich habe die Dose Ende November 2025 bestellt. Das MHD auf der Packung ist 02/2026, für 90 Kapseln. Das ist sehr knapp kalkuliert. Zudem sind die Kapseln sehr groß. Sie lassen sich dank der glatten Hülle mit einem großen Schluck Wasser noch ganz gut schlucken, wer aber Beschwerden hat, könnte hier Probleme kriegen Fazit: Allgemein ein gutes Produkt, lediglich sollte man auf die Kapselgröße, Pulver und auf das Datum schauen, damit man keine "alte" Charge erwischt.
