Quality is good. Obviously not an instant fix. Thought it was a good deal for the $$. I think you have to spend time online to understand the benefits.

I have been using the Orange Whip for a few years. I thought I would give this a try to compare the two. Much to my surprise, I believe this to be the better of the two. This really emulates a true golf swing with a driver or iron. If you are looking for something to help your golf swing, I would highly recommend.

Good quality, when swung it hurts but overall recommend.

I don't spend money on a warm up bucket of balls before my rounds anymore. This swing aide is great for warning up. Just 10 easy swings back and forth and I'm ready to go. I'm sure it helps with temp and speed, but I just need it to warm up these old muscles. If I do go to the range to hit a few, I can use this as an alignment stick. I've had this for about a year and it was a great investment. It has saved me a lot of time and money.

I've been using the swing trainer daily for a little over a week now. I would really like it if the grip wasn't so darn skinny. I don't have extremely large hands but after swinging more than about a minute the trainer is slipping through my grip. I really want to put a larger grip on it but I've read that is not so easy because the shaft is also VERY skinny. Hopefully I can build it up so a regular grip fits. Edit: I was able to install a standard grip by putting on 4 or 5 layers of duct tape. This built up the shaft to about .370" so a regular grip could be used.

This is the perfect warm up tool before starting a round of golf. It helps with clear out some of the Cobb webs

No downsides that I have found, all positive. The 1st few swings seem too easy with this, however it is not long before the muscles begin to feel the strain. Great for warming up before practice or playing, and for use as a golf-muscle strengthening tool.

Seems to do everything I expected. Very happy so far.

This thing is actually pretty good, and helpful. Its goofy looking but i mike it alot. My biggest swing problem is tempo and this thing forces you to swing in rhythm. Pretty good swing tool

As advertised. Rffective tool

Good warm up tool. Very whippy. As expected. However. The shaft at the grip is also very whippy and hard to get used too. Also the grip is equivalent to junior size. Switched to a standard grip. Would recommend with caveats.
