DECOMIL 3'x5' Flag Display Case | Shadow Box (Not for Burial/Funeral Flag), Small Solid Wood, Cherry Finish

Often, it's hard to entrust a website or seller when choosing to purchase a product without seeing, feeling, or even smelling it. The risk level of this transaction can even be paralizing and lead to no purchase at all. But, I took a risk with my purchase of a flag display case (not for a Burial Funeral flag). The display case was well worth any amount of risk. It is the perfect color (cherry), of great quality (smooth and sturdy), and looks and feels perfectly, as I expected. I would recommend this seller and product to family, friends and others.

I purchased this item as a gift, for my husband's Army retirement flag. It came very well packaged. I did check out other flag shadow boxes before purchasing and boy, I am glad I ordered this one, especially compared to the others I looked at as they looked cheap and delicate. This item is very sturdy and reasonably priced for the quality, and the flag fits beautifully. Not sure what else to say that may help others; it's well built, beautiful finish, 3x5 flag (that has been folded properly) fits perfect, there's room on the bottom ledge for an inscription if we want, we are pleased with the purchase.

This is a nice flag case for the price. It's a good cherry wood color and it fits the 3X5 flag fine. It works best with a cotton flag, but I choose a nylon one and it fits well. The issue with the nylon 3X5 is that it tends to fold smaller. When I put it in the case, it had some wiggle room. I just took a piece of packing Styrofoam, placed it in the back and the flag fit fine. Doesn't even show. I tried the cotton flag and it fit very snug in the case.

I got this shortly before my Eagle Scout Court of Honor to store the American Flag that was gifted to me (if was flown over the US Capitol). I really love the finish on the wood, and it feels very solid. It was a slightly tight fit for the flag, but that was it was folded a bit too loosely the first time. If you want the flag to be guaranteed to fit (and fit nicely), you need to fold it very tightly and fold it correctly.Overall, this is a great item.

This was for my Dad's commemorative flag and a couple of medallions. The flag fit perfectly and looks very nice. The box is a little deeper and I wanted the medallions to be displayed, also. Solution: I put the medallions in place on the glass, then the flag, and then used some of the foam protective packaging to hold it all in place. Overall, very nice looking product, looks perfect on the shelf, and is a nice reminder of Dad when I come into the study.

This case is too small for a 3X5 flag. I had to jam it into the case and it looks terrible!!

Not a fan of cherry wood, but this case is built solid! I ordered 3 to be shipped before Christmas within the same week, rush delivered, and they all arrived on time. It's tricky trying to fold the flag, but this case holds the flag so well it can cover up your small mistake in the flag fold. YouTube how to fold the flag. Buy this if you are looking for an affordable price on a flag case. It's expensive on base and most times they're sold out.
