Both in Brush cutter and Strimmer functions it is very effective and really makes easy work of clearing brambles and heavy vegetation. It is not the lightest unit to use but that probably goes with its ability to do heavy clearance. I don’t find it easy to do fine strimming but that might improve as I get used to it. Overall I am really pleased with it and it is doing exactly what I wanted it to do.

I was hesitant before buying this, wondering if it could really be any good at this price. I'm amazed that it is in fact a better piece of kit than the strimmer I rented a few weeks before buying this (and a weeks rental cost £100!). I've used this to clear several hundred sqm of nettles and brambles using a blade, and it hasn't struggled at all. It is a little heavy and the vibration does get to you with prolonged use, but overall I'm really pleased. Worth buying a funnel for refuelling though, as the supplied bottle makes a huge mess otherwise. <Update after almost a year> Still very happy. Longer sessions of very heavy duty use (brambles over an inch using a blade) and it does occasionally cut out - I suspect there is dirt in the fuel lines. It has occasionally popped out of the harness. But I have saved myself hundreds in hiring equipment.

This machine is quality. Highly recommended. I wasted money buying an Eskde machine, which broke down within a couple of hours. Wasted so much time and effort send it back for repairs etc. I ended up putting the Eskde machine in the bin and bought the Hyundai equivalent. I just wish I had bought this machine first

difficult to start, arrived a week ago, this was my first use, eventually got it started and strimming tall grass and nettles (about 3-4ft high) was cutting okay for about 20 minutes until everything started wrapping around the head blocking the strimmer wire. It also doesn't appear to have an obvious way of controlling the idle speed of the engine so when I released the trigger the engine immediately stalled out. With the engine stopped I switched to the brushcutter blade thinking that would be better and would stop grass wrapping around. However, the engine no longer starts, it just sputters constantly, tried priming the engine, tried letting it cool down to do a cold start, also tried adding more E5 fuel but after trying to pull the ripcord 150 times it still doesn't start and feels like the rip cord isn't long enough for the engine to start, the most i get is a single turnover and it dies again immediately. garbage product.

Easy to assemble and started easily enough. I enjoyed using it. The blade it came with is flimsy but ok on grass and light weeds/bush. I have ordered some better blades for brush cutting. I would definitely purchase again if I wanted two.

Item arrived quickly, well packaged and on time. Have used twice so far and very pleased with the performance. Harness is of good quality and comfortable to wear, helps take the strain. I would recommend this product and the seller, very pleased.

Put together relatively easy though i had to re do the strimmer twine. Starting the first time was quite difficult as it wouldnt start on choke ( i have a petrol chain saw that does the same) a couple of pulls on choke then take it off and it starts. Iv started using it to strim a very large garden. It works well once iv sorted out weight distribution with the harness. On the whole a good tool hence the 5 stars. Pic shows some of the grass iv strimmed which was very long and wet

This is a brilliant machine and a great price. I have tried two previously but they don't compare to this and an excellent price.
