this knee sleeve is what I have been looking for . neoprene thats flexable and soft . The compression is very good , at first I thought that it was too tight , but the company said its too tight , my foot would turn numb . well , so I PUT IT ON WHEN i NEEDED IT , AND WOW , IT REALLY HELPED ALOT . i HAVE A 15.5 INCH AROUND KNEE , oops , and wear the medium , 15-17 inch around knee it says , my foot did NOT turn numb and it helped me alot . I am ordering another to have a pair , to wear shoveling snow or mowing the lawn , maybe walking even . It does not ride down , it is not too thick and the design is what I have been looking for

This sleeve works very well. Washes and wears well. great support. Best to use in colder temperatures because fabric doesn't breathe but my go to for colder temp.

I've only been using the knee brace for about a week, but from what I can tell, this is a sturdy and well made product. As others have noted, this brace doesn't have any "hot spots" (as many cheaper products tend to have). And my brace clings to me like a second skin -- no curling, sagging, sliding, dropping, etc. Is it a bit on the pricy side? Maybe -- but the cost is relative to how long it lasts. I've had inexpensive braces that tended to unravel and/or loosen after a few weeks use. If this brace holds together (and so far, there's no indication it won't), it would wind up being worth as much as 3 or 4 of the cheaper ones. Also, I just like the fact the product is made in the USA. So currently, I give it 5 stars overall, and 3 stars for "Value for money" -- but that value rating stands to go up, depending on how the brace holds together. ETA: Okay... I've been wearing this knee brace pretty much every day for the past 2 1/2 months, and it still seems to be going strong... So I'm upping its "Value for money" to 5 stars. :)

Tight like you want it, smooth to pull on, into position. Doesn't bunch up behind knee. However, isn't 'breathable' during long or heavy sessions or all-day wear.

Hands down the absolute BEST knee sleeve I’ve ever tried. I’ve had mine for years with zero wear and tear. This is my second purchase because I simply needed to keep one at the gym. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

I bought this brace because my husband raved about his shin brace. It is well made and stays in place, which is great! But these were the only pros in my case. To determine the right size, I had to go to the company’s website. I didn’t find the sizing information useful on Amazon. This brace caused more pain than relieving pain. I’m going back to my other knee sleeves that cannot stay in place because they help with the pain much better. I have arthritis and a non tracking patella that feels like it gets stuck and pinches nerves. This just was not the right brace for me based on my needs.

Lasts forever! Perfect for wear and recovery!!! Washes up great! Doesn’t hold odors. I’m 5ft3 150 wear a medium!

The Helix is comfortable and easy to use. It isn't too tight and doesn't seem to squeeze my leg too much yet stays put. I'm glad I have it.
